ELLE Active! 2026

On November 7 and 8, 2026, at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, ELLE Active! returns, the forum dedicated to work and female empowerment. Women&Tech® ETS participates with two masterclasses focused on confidence and emotional intelligence, and with 19 mentors ready to share experiences, skills, and new professional perspectives.

Now in its 11th edition, ELLE Active! confirms itself as an important event for meetings, training, and networking, open to the public free of charge. Two days of discussions with over 300 speakers, more than 80 talks and masterclasses, and hundreds of individual mentoring sessions, aimed at providing concrete tools, inspiration, and new opportunities for personal and professional growth.

The common thread of the 2026 edition is TRUST: in diversity, in artificial intelligence, in the dialogue between generations, and above all, in ourselves. A fundamental resource for facing change, enhancing talent, and building relationships capable of generating opportunities.

Also this year, Women&Tech® ETS contributes to the program with the skills and experiences of its community, bringing to the forefront the value of human relationships, awareness, and emotional intelligence.

The Women&Tech® ETS masterclasses

Sunday, November 8, 2026

As part of the “Obtaining” Masterclass, led by journalist Carlotta Sisti and dedicated to tools for tackling professional challenges, from negotiation to conflict management and overcoming stereotypes, Women&Tech® ETS offers two events.

11:45 AM – Connected to everything. In relation to whom? The 3 Ps of trust.

We live in an increasingly connected world, but being constantly in touch does not necessarily mean building authentic relationships. A discussion on the meaning of trust and its role in the quality of human, personal, and professional relationships, in a society undergoing profound technological and cultural changes.

Participants:

  • Marta Bertolaso – Professor, head of the Research Unit of Philosophy of Science and Human Development and coordinator of the Human Flourishing program, Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome.
  • Martina Costa – Brand & Marketing Strategy Leader, Fractional CMO.
  • Evelina Galione – Head of Development and Talent Management, Unipol Group.

3:20 PM – Trust throughout life with an emphasis on emotional intelligence to understand others and oneself

Trust accompanies every phase of our lives and is intertwined with the ability to understand ourselves and the people around us. A meeting dedicated to emotional intelligence, its role in relationships, and its importance in personal and professional growth journeys.

Participants:

  • Valentina Goglio – Senior Manager Executive Master POLIMI Graduate School of Management, coordinator of the Women&Tech® ETS Scientific Committee.
  • Sabina Passamonti – MD, PhD, University of Trieste, Department of Life Sciences, senior researcher, Tecnovisionary® 2023.

One-on-one mentoring: 18 professionals from the Women&Tech® community

Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM

Alongside the masterclasses, Women&Tech® ETS renews its commitment to nurturing talent through one-on-one mentoring, one of the most significant events of ELLE Active!.

An opportunity for direct dialogue with professional women who share their experiences, skills, and perspectives to support other women in reflecting on their goals, professional challenges, and growth opportunities.

Mentoring is also an opportunity to create connections, share journeys, and strengthen the confidence in one's abilities that represents the first step to envision and build new opportunities.

The 19 mentors of the Women&Tech® ETS community are: Giorgia Arus, Valentina Bresciani, Viviana Callea, Lucia Cattani, Martina Costa, Liliana De Ponti, Valentina Goglio, Laura Liguori, Monica Magnoni, Silvia Migliavacca, Alessandra Naso, Eleonora Perotti, Stefania Pesola, Germana Remigi, Margherita Sindoni, Giulia Suarato, Cristina Tasca, and Maria Wandiba.

Building trust, generating opportunities

Participation in ELLE Active! is part of Women&Tech® ETS's commitment to enhancing female talent, promoting a culture of inclusion, and supporting skills development.

Through dialogue between generations, disciplines, and different professions, the association helps create spaces for discussion where trust becomes a driving force for change, a bridge between people, and an opportunity for collective growth.
