Silvia Migliavacca

Graduated in 1997 in Business Economics from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan with full honors. After an internship in management control at Mondadori S.p.A., I had the opportunity to start my professional training with 4 years of strategic organizational consulting experience in leading international companies (Andersen Consulting and Bain, Cuneo e Associati). In this context, I dealt with the role of analyst and consultant in projects for the reorganization of corporate functions, extraordinary operations of Banking Groups and Asset Management Companies, development of planning and control models, and reorganizations of commercial structures of prominent national banks.

Since 2001 in the Mediolanum Group, tasked with managing special projects in the Group CFO's staff and later reporting to the CEO of the Bank.

Subsequently from 2005 to 2010, I was responsible for the Operational Risk Control function of the Banking and Insurance Group, coordinating a team of approximately 10 collaborators.

Since 2010 in Organization, initially responsible for the Process Management Sector, subsequently for the Organization Division, and from 2018 to 2025 for the Project Portfolio and Organizational Development Management.

Currently responsible for the Demand, Supply Chain Directorate and the coordination of strategic projects, they are in charge, among other things, of coordinating the Group's digital transformation initiatives, as well as managing areas of Procurement and ICT Third Parties, Demand, and Portfolio Management. 

Faculty at the Mediolanum Corporate University for internal courses on Change Management, AI Adoption & Transformation for employees and financial consultants. Speaker at conferences in the field of AI and Digital Transformation.

From 2019 to 2023, board member of IMEL Flowe SB S.p.A.
