Monica Magnoni

Monica began her professional career at Gruppo Autogrill and Giorgio Armani before continuing her experience as an advisor for various multinational companies. 

He then entered the world of communication agencies. At H2H as Marketing & Communication Manager, at Gruppo Roncaglia as Chief Relationship Officer, and at Gruppo Spencer & Lewis as Chief Experience Officer. 

Passionate about creativity and technology, in 2021 she co-founded Experiency, a creative tech studio focused on experiential marketing in the Web3 field. 

Author of the book "Doing Business with Immersive Technologies," she currently leads marketing innovation projects, guiding companies towards innovation with a long-term strategic vision.

Since March 2026, he has been supporting Dreel Holding Live Entertainment as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer.

He is also the co-founder of Recall, a startup that has developed an app for personal safety.
