Head of Coaching and Mentoring Unit, Pragma Group
I am an educationalist, ACC-ICF certified coach, and digital training specialist based in Trieste. My background lies at the intersection of educational sciences, learning neuroscience, and coaching, and is reflected in the design and delivery of training interventions in corporate, university, and community settings.
Since 2017, I have been working at Gruppo Pragma, where I currently lead the Coaching and Mentoring Unit. In this role, I design and manage mentoring and coaching programs for organizations of various types, handling the methodological framework, the selection and coordination of teams, and the ongoing management of client relationships.
Alongside my work in the company, I collaborate with the Department of Humanities at the University of Trieste on educational technologies and e-learning design, and I coordinate digital education activities aimed at families, adolescents, and children for the Family Center of the Municipality of Trieste. I have long been involved in digital citizenship and the relationship between technology and development, an area in which I have co-authored academic publications.
I understand mentoring as a space of reciprocity: the mentor offers experience, context analysis, and perspective, but above all supports the mentee's ability to ask questions, make decisions, and recognize their own resources. For this reason, I combine the mentoring approach with the listening and questioning skills typical of coaching.
