Women&Tech® ETS promotes a discussion event dedicated to the theme “AI and the labor market: transformations, skills, and organization”, with the aim of exploring the impact of artificial intelligence on skills, roles, and organizational models.
Artificial intelligence is already transforming the world of work, affecting the way activities are carried out, decisions are made, and organizations are designed. It is not just a technological evolution, but a change that involves processes, skills, and work culture.
AI does not eliminate work but changes its content and responsibilities: repetitive tasks decrease, while skills such as critical thinking, data interpretation, continuous learning, and quality of relationships become increasingly central.
In this scenario, work will increasingly be hybrid and based on collaboration between people and intelligent systems, while organizations evolve towards models founded on trust, empowerment, and uncertainty management. The true distinguishing factor becomes the ability to adapt.
The meeting offers a space for reflection on how to manage this transition and on the role that companies, management, and the HR function can play in rethinking skills, roles, and work environments with a sustainable and inclusive approach.
