Cecilia is Head of Skills and Workforce Planning at Fastweb+Vodafone, where she leads the strategic design of skills and workforce models needed to face the continuous transformation of the business. Her role lies at the intersection of corporate strategy, talent development, and technological innovation, with the goal of turning change into a concrete lever for growth and sustainability.

Throughout her professional experience, Cecilia has developed deep expertise in skills intelligence, strategic workforce planning, and role evolution, contributing to the development of large-scale reskilling and upskilling programs. Her approach combines data analysis with a strong focus on people, to support organizations and leaders in making informed decisions about the future of work, skills, and employability.

Joining Vodafone in 2021, he played a key role in defining and executing the training strategy, as well as in designing and implementing development and performance development processes, supporting the cultural and organizational evolution of the company during a phase of profound change. Within complex and rapidly changing contexts, he worked to make skills a true strategic asset, capable of connecting business needs and personal growth.

Cecilia began her career in consulting, gaining experience in HR transformation projects and the redesign of organizational processes for large multinational companies in various European countries. This path allowed her to develop a systemic and international perspective on work, leadership, and organizational transformation.
