Roberta Segalini

Roberta Segalini, graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, has held the position of Chief HR Officer of the ATM Group since 2023, where she is responsible for developing the new People & Culture strategy, supporting the business transformation for over 12,000 people in the Group across Italy, Denmark, Greece, and France.

Within the Group companies, he is also a member of the Board of Directors of Thema, a company that manages the automatic metro of Thessaloniki, as well as Chairman of Rail Diagnostics, a company that manages the metro-tramway trackwork and electric traction works.

Roberta has gained experience in the human resources sector, holding various managerial roles in different industries, including The Coca-Cola Company, Vodafone – both in Italy and the United Kingdom – and Whirlpool Corporation, where she took on the responsibility of Human Resources Director for Global Engineering, EMEA Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, leading the organization through the merger and consolidation process between Whirlpool and Indesit.

Before joining the ATM Group, Roberta served as Human Resources Director at Selecta, accelerating the company's transformation together with the investment fund KKR.
