He began his professional career in the field of human resources at General Motors Powertrain, where he contributed to the creation of the European headquarters for diesel engine development.

She subsequently entered the healthcare sector at Roche, initially in the pharmaceutical field and later in diagnostics, where she took on the role of head of the Human Resources team for the Italian affiliate.

Counselor and Agile Coach, he has a leadership approach inspired by the principles of gentle leadership, aiming to create inclusive, sustainable environments that enhance everyone's contribution. His focus is on organizational well-being, shared responsibility, and continuous skills development.

Since October 1, 2024, he has been responsible for the People & Organization function at Siemens S.p.A, contributing to cultural and organizational transformation in a context strongly marked by technological innovation, artificial intelligence, and the evolution of work models. At Siemens, he promotes a human-centric approach to AI, based on transparency, responsibility, and human oversight, with the goal of governing innovation in an inclusive and sustainable way.
