With over twenty years of experience in the field of strategic Human Resources, I have built my career leading Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Wellbeing, and Organizational Development in complex and constantly evolving environments. As Head of Talent Acquisition, I have coordinated multidisciplinary teams, managed significant budgets, and aligned HR strategies with business priorities, generating impact through a data-driven, digital, and deeply people-oriented approach.
My strength as an executive lies in the ability to connect people strategy with organizational vision. I have developed leadership pipelines, strengthened employee engagement, and supported cultural transformation initiatives that have improved collaboration, performance, and retention. My ability to influence at the C-suite level, combined with analytical rigor and a storytelling-oriented mindset, allows me to translate insights into strategic decisions and high-impact programs.
Consistent with this vision, my role is expanding towards the design and management of the People Experience. In this new responsibility, I lead the end-to-end experience of people within the company, ensuring consistency between our employer promise and the actual employee experience.
I am also responsible for the evolution and simplification of HR processes, contributing to accelerating digitalization and the adoption of innovative solutions and AI.
At the same time, my certification as a Coach and Mentor enables me to enhance the potential of individuals and teams, supporting leadership development, change management, and initiatives dedicated to creating an inclusive culture. I am particularly motivated by roles where People & Culture play a central role in shaping business strategy, enabling growth, and building resilient organizations ready for the future.
