Women Empowerment Program is born from Senior Manager women of Italian and multinational companies, as a pragmatic and concrete mentoring program. We want to support young women with high potential, in important or critical moments of their career. We will do this through sharing our experiences as successful managers, who have faced similar challenges in their professional lives. Our contribution will give them confidence, along with some practical advice and the reassurance of not being alone.
Women&Technologies supports WEP because it is an "innovative work site" for Women, by Women, where to develop and consolidate female leadership practices. Women, carriers of a holistic vision, can provide an extraordinary contribution in businesses, research, public administration, and civil society, at a historical moment where the value of competence is the driving force for the future. Not just to reach top positions, but to grow and enhance skills and ensure women work and well-being.
WEP is therefore the concrete expression of our commitment to support Women who are still considered "weak subjects" in our country. Devoting our time and expertise today takes on a meaning of responsibility for the future.
