Curriculum

Graduated in Economics with a specialization in Business Programming and Strategy from the Catholic University of Milan, she first gained a formative consultancy experience in Process Reengineering at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) before moving to IBM Italy, where she initially carried out both customer engagement activities and the founding of the Marketing division.

During the years spent at IBM, she has covered positions of increasing leadership in Alliances Marketing, Industry Marketing, and Marketing Management (Strategy and Planning, Program Management) for industry verticals, software products, and infrastructure solutions, initially in roles of increasing responsibility at the Italian level, then in roles in SouthWest Europe, and finally with more than a decade of experience in roles with responsibilities at the Europe, Middle East, and Africa level. Thanks to the activities carried out, Silvia has consolidated a diversified multicultural experience in complex areas, with a strong focus on integration projects conducted with a customer-centric approach, establishing European best practices later extended to all other company geographies.

He has held institutional presentations in Executive Marketing committees co-participated by clients, as well as in the academic field where he conducted orientation meetings for graduating students of the Business Economics course at the Catholic University.

During the early stages of the pandemic, Silvia led IBM initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility promoted under the patronage of the Presidency of the Council, with the aim of enhancing the professional skills of the participants for their professional requalification.

In 2021 Silvia joined Kyndryl Italy to take on a new professional challenge in the field of Account Based Marketing, and obtained the international certification ITSMA. Currently, she coordinates the Marketing activities carried out by Kyndryl on major Italian groups of international caliber in different industry sectors, and is responsible for the program - as defined by her - of creating corporate references, also used by the global corporation. She is also a founding member of the Kyndryl Italy community of professional women, aimed at supporting female presence in the company and developing leadership skills.
