

In an increasingly interconnected society, it is becoming more and more strategic for any professional to create alliances and networks, share information, and above all be aware of the quality of the relationships they are immersed in. For this reason, Networking is a fundamental skill for continuous personal growth, to interpret and guide the professional and personal challenges posed by a constantly changing society.
In the workshop, we will discuss how to enable mindset, methodology, and tools to cultivate networking and increase awareness of the value of social capital in order to promote a more structured understanding of professional and personal networks.

Marco Vigini, Founder of BNet2Connect, a professional hub dedicated to the culture of relationships and Networking as a strategic lever for growth and enhancement of human capital within organizations
Networking Trainer & Advisor since 2011, he has been carrying out consulting and strategic training projects on relational capital at prestigious companies (+150 companies and +11,000 people trained).
He is currently the Director of the BnetYoung welfare service, created in partnership with Orienta to build a bridge between schools, young people, and the world of work through relational capital. National Vice President and Head of the School and University area at @Aidp.
Elenora Perotti, Manager with over 28 years of experience in Financial Services, Digital Payments, and Banking, gained in international environments at General Electric, UniCredit, and Deutsche Bank.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in managing complex organizations and businesses, business development, B2B strategic partnerships, and organizational transformation, leading multidisciplinary teams in highly regulated and change-oriented environments.
Today, he works as a Senior Advisor, supporting companies and organizations in growth, transformation, and managerial development processes.
It will be a moment of sharing facilitated by Maria Grazia Bizzarri, Group Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer at Tinexta, where she leads the HR strategy and organizational models of the Group. She has extensive experience in senior HR roles gained at Nokia, Vodafone, EY, Nexi, and Italiaonline. Graduated in Literature with a Master’s in Executive Business Coaching, she brings a vision that integrates technology, organizational culture, and people development, and Valentina Goglio, Senior Manager Executive Programs at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, who, guided by the ability to understand people’s needs and a results-oriented approach, supports with creativity and passion the enhancement and growth of professionals and companies to inspire and generate a positive impact. An ICF Coach, expert in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and communication, first at IED and then at POLIMI Graduate School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano. She is Coordinator of the Scientific Committee of Women&Tech ETS.
