Marco Vigini

Marco Vigini is the Founder of BNet2Connect, a professional hub dedicated to the culture of relationships and Networking as a strategic lever for growth and enhancement of human capital within organizations.

He has created different formats for various types of audiences. Networking Trainer & Advisor since 2011, he has carried out strategic consulting and training projects on relational capital at prestigious companies (+150 companies and +11,000 people trained).

He has registered the ownership of the innovative Networking Gym (a networking gym for companies and managers) and Networking Date (a gym focused on networking interviews).

He is currently the Director of the welfare service BnetYoung, created in partnership with Orienta to build a bridge between schools, young people, and the world of work through relational capital.

Since 2012, he has been an adjunct professor of networking at prestigious universities and business schools such as SDA Bocconi, Università Bocconi, Politecnico di Milano, POLIMI-GSOM, CFMT, and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

He is the author of 2 books on networking: “Networking and Work, How to Enhance Professional Relationships,” published by HOEPLI (2016), and The Power of Relationships (January 2024 Burr).

In 2022, he established the Alumni Bnet2Connect, a community made up of participants in training courses and corporate projects on networking and the Networking Gym, which is sustained through various initiatives and the 1Board app (website: https://www.bnet2connect.it).
