Banca Generali's commitment to sustainability and support for the real economy is increasingly strong, developing new proposals oriented towards sustainable investment. The BG4REAL project, a direct bridge between savings and the real economy, will allow the Bank to position itself as a pioneer in sustainable growth in the world of innovation. The journey of a millennial between equity and sustainability at 3M
Guests/Speakers: Emanuele Arena

Sustainability and Equity in the company? It's not just a communication exercise, but elements that need to be integrated into the DNA. And it starts from within. Companies have an important role in the community and, in order to have their impact on global issues such as these, in addition to reviewing production processes or governance, they have the responsibility to raise awareness among employees, promoting cultural values that are reflected in everyday life, both at work and in private.

11:30 - 12:15
Dassault Systèmes: the Virtual Twin
Guests/Speakers: Guido Porro

A virtual twin is a real-time virtual representation of a product, platform, or ecosystem that can be used to model, visualize, predict, and provide feedback on properties and performance. The virtual twin offers an opportunity to drive sustainable and circular innovation. Guido will describe real cases in various sectors, from biological sciences to transportation, from transportation to life sciences.

12:30 - 13:15
City of the future: Artificial Intelligence at the service of sustainability
Guests/Speakers: Luisella Giani

The pandemic has highlighted how important the spaces we live in are, accelerating the transformation of our cities. Themes such as sustainability, micro-mobility, and access to fast and reliable connection have become central. During the presentation, examples will be given of how, thanks to real-time data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and digital assistants, more efficient and sustainable services can be offered, characterized by automation, predictive management, and personalization. A driving force to reinvent an urban space at the service of citizens and the environment.

13:30 - 14:15
A2A Life Company - The new brand positioning
Guests/Speakers: Carlotta Ventura

When it comes to sustainability and the environment, people need facts and answers: a leader, an authoritative guide in telling and achieving the vision, responsibilities, and concrete solutions for a sustainable future. A2A deals with energy, water, and the environment, essential elements for life, and it is time to tell this story by redefining the entire category for the benefit of its new brand essence, which supports the 10-year strategic plan and sees the group as a LIFE COMPANY.

09:30 - 10:15
The evolution of banking practices: the testimony of Banca Mediolanum
Guests/Speakers: Edoardo Fontana Rava
In recent years, macroeconomic dynamics, social, regulatory, and technological developments have brought about profound structural changes in the banking industry. Changes further accelerated by the outbreak of the global pandemic and destined to have significant effects on the future trends of the credit and managed savings sector. Banca Mediolanum narrates this profound ongoing evolution starting from what has always represented the two pillars of its banking model: strong technological innovation and direct relationship with the customer based on human interaction. Two elements destined to become even more central in the bank of the future.

11:00 - 11:45
Lavoisier's Law 4.0: everything evolves. Technological innovation at the center of sustainability.
The linear model of economic growth followed in the past, according to which our future would be based on a "use and throw away" approach, is no longer suitable for the needs of modern societies and companies, increasingly looking for progress, differentiation, and competitiveness. Thinking about a system that involves sharing, reusing, availability of a service, at the expense of ownership and purchase, are the keys to ensuring continuous sustainability. For Econocom Italia Group, evolution and technological innovation, today more than ever, are the answers to enable responsible uses, actions with positive impacts on the reference communities and, consequently, lasting value over time. Do not miss the opportunity to discover, together with industry experts, methods, best practices, and technologies to adopt a sustainable, circular, and responsible development model that recognizes the role of the smart city as an enabler in achieving social, environmental, and business sustainability goals.

12:00 - 12:45
Verdi Siamo
Guests/Speakers: Mariangela Pagone

The Green Network Group has always stood out for its support and promotion of sustainability, aware that to do so it is necessary to start from small daily actions. The Green Network Store, the new green e-commerce platform for the Italian and UK market, was born from the realization of the desire by many of our customers to have other 'green' products in addition to green energy supply. We therefore reasoned on this new need to try to meet the cultural change that lies behind this request, trying to be an active part of this change. The goal is to redefine our lifestyles in an eco-sustainable way, starting from concrete actions and thus creating a "Green community" that encourages people to value respect and protection of the environment.

13:30 - 14:15
How to prepare for the transition to a hybrid online/offline society?
Guests/Speakers: Giulia Pastorella

The pandemic has highlighted the importance of having platforms that allow us to stay connected and work, learn, play from a distance. Zoom has been crucial in ensuring the resilience of our society despite the distancing. We believe that the future will be a hybrid of online and offline experiences, and a new paradigm is necessary to prepare and adapt to this new way of living that presents numerous opportunities.

14:30 - 15:15
The city of the citizen, intelligent and sustainable by SAP Italia
Guests/Speakers: Salvatore De Caro

Can software help cities become more human-centered and sustainable? And if so, how? When a city administration uses intelligent technologies to be more transparent in its activities, optimize the use of energy and water, reduce pollution, protect citizens' safety, or offer digital services that improve people's quality of life, it is transforming sustainability into concrete actions for the benefit of citizens, the community, and the environment.
