ENERGY - The Engineering of the Future reaches its fifth edition as an established event in the training path dedicated to the development of the transversal skills of today's engineer.
During the event, presentations by students of the master's degree program will alternate with those of representatives from the engineering and technology sectors, in a direct dialogue between academic training and professional reality.
The common thread of the interventions is the word “energy,” understood in a dual sense: on one hand as an essential work skill today, linked to the ability to persevere, be enterprising, and face complexity; on the other hand as an increasingly central and continuously growing market sector, which requires well-prepared and aware professionals.
The presentation of the projects, developed in teams, together with the interventions of the mentors, constitutes the final exam test, in a "non-conventional" evaluation mode, consistent with the framework of the Laboratory "soft skills for today's engineer" based on the application of the engineered coaching model COACH_ING(R).
This year, the student groups, supported by our exceptional mentors such as Umberto Babuscio (RAI WAY), Rachele Bitelli (IBERDROLA), Laura Liguori (Vice President Women&Tech® ETS and partner at Portolano-Cavallo), Alfonso De Simone (Fastweb + Vodafone), Bruno Picentino (NUCLECO), Lucilla Le Donne (doValue), Fabio De Petris (Page Europa), and by our experts in the integrated model of COACHing and ENGINEERING, applied the 4 steps of the COACH_ING model to transform their project ideas into strategic plans: from defining the vision, to the individual objectives, to the resources needed, to the solutions and necessary actions, in order to bring their innovative and "intelligent" projects to life.
ENERGY - Engineering of the Future represents a space that synthesizes technical skills, soft skills, and professional vision, offering students a concrete opportunity for discussion, presentation, and growth.
