Sara Ornati

Sara is Director Country HR of Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider. She is experienced in working closely with company’s management, executive teams and other functional areas to proactively address business issues related to workforce development and productivity.

In her role she’s responsible to execute HR programs and strategy on different areas (leadership coaching, talent development, change management and culture), provide advice and counsel on multiple initiatives and recommend solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues.
