In his career at The RepTrak Company Michele has started out in 2012 by building the Italy business. In November 2016 he was appointed Executive Partner and Managing Director of the North American business, tasked with structuring the unit for further incremental growth. He was given the same task in the EMEA region from January 2018 through January 2019. From January 2019 Michele has been tasked to drive Strategic Account Management across the EMEA region.
Throughout his career at The RepTrak Company Michele has advised over 200 clients across multiple industries in identifying, planning and implementing programs aimed at leveraging the reputation asset as a driver of incremental business success. Michele is the Global Practice leader for “RepTrak for HR”, our suite of services aimed at supporting Human Resources and Internal Communications professionals to drive ROI from their activities, protecting their current reputational equity value and promote a more responsible and ethical positioning towards existing and potential employees. Michele is also among the Company’s leading global experts in Strategic Communications Planning and Reputation Risk Management Practice services.
He regularly speaks and writes on the topic of Employer and Employee Reputation, Return on Reputation of communications activities and how these need to be managed to maximize impact. Michele holds a BA in Business & Communication and a Master in Communications Management from the University of Lugano and UCLA Anderson School of Management.
