Lesley Bell

Lesley Bell is a Consultant, Nursing and Health Policy with the International Council of Nurses and has been with ICN since January, 2013.  She is currently responsible for ICN’s Socio-Economic Welfare pillar which includes the Leadership in Negotiations training program.

Prior to this she served for 20 years as Chief Executive Officer for the Ontario Nurses’ Association, the professional trade union for nurses and allied health professionals, providing organisational leadership and direction to the ONA and its 60,000 members.
