Since my university studies, I have nurtured a strong interest in people and the dynamics of the working world. My degree in Sociology brought me closer to the field of Human Resources, an interest I later deepened with a master's degree in Training and Development of Human Resources.

For about three years, I have been working in personnel selection and employer branding, a field that I am passionate about because it allows me to connect with people and diverse professional paths, creating valuable connections between talents and organizations. For the past year, I have been performing this role at ATM, where I support recruiting activities and the enhancement of the company's employer brand.

I believe that listening, empathy, and attention to people are fundamental qualities for those working in Human Resources. For this reason, I strive to combine relational sensitivity with a goal-oriented approach, contributing to providing a positive and transparent experience for candidates and promoting inclusive and growth-oriented work environments.
