Curriculum

I graduated in Economics from Sapienza University in Rome and have a specialization in Marketing Management of industrial goods from SDA - Bocconi.

I founded Gruppo Pragma in 1996, at the beginning of the Internet era, a company entirely dedicated to digital with a humanistic approach, now based in AREA Science Park in Trieste, the largest and most important multi-sector Italian scientific and technological park, and one of the main ones in Europe.

I am a certified trainer and coach, and I have directed the Executive Development Programme at Istud Business School for 10 years.

I am the Vice President of Anitec-Assinform, the industrial association of the ICT and Consumer Electronics sector, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Digital Skills Observatory.

My professional journey begins very early, at the end of the 1970s in a large and historic Italian multinational industry, and then continues in the Information & Communication Technologies sector.

The company I founded, Gruppo Pragma, is a female-led enterprise operating in the "Human-Tech" sector, combining ICT technologies with the most innovative psychological methodologies and approaches. From the beginning of my career as a manager and later as an entrepreneur, I have personally led countless projects over the past three decades that have spanned ICT and multimedia technologies serving a wide range of industries: TLC, Utilities, Finance, Consulting and Advisory, Educational Institutions, Business Schools, Public Administration.

I am engaged in civil service activities and women's empowerment actions, aimed at bringing out and enhancing female talent.

The company I founded is inspired by values of work ethics, inclusivity, self-expression, and sustainability: I believe that these are the foundations to attract the best talents and grow together, creating innovation and generating a broader and lasting value for individuals and the community as a whole.
