Alessandra Cappello is Head of Internal Communication & Digital Workplace at the Unipol Group, where she manages internal communication activities with a focus on employee experience and digital workplace, always in support of the business. Among her skills are those related to communication tools and methods, as well as the ability to have a strategic vision of the company; technology also plays a role, but it is its integration with people that makes the difference.
