The gender gap in the STEAM field is a cultural and social challenge, for equal opportunities, equity, and women's participation in the economy and society.

Our country urgently needs science, technology, and women: it is necessary to promote this meeting and enhance it at every level and in all territories. Places where the ingenuity, professionalism, and enthusiasm of women can be expressed and enrich innovation with a complementary perspective that is not overlapping with that of men.

Researchers and scientists from the Italian Institute of Technology in Genoa and from AREA Science Park in Trieste , in a comparison with two female entrepreneurs in the STEAM field, will share their educational and life journey that led them to the roles they currently hold.

Promoted by Gruppo Pragma and Didael KTS together with, and moderated by journalist Simona Regina , an event via the ZOOM platform with the protagonists of a life journey that has encountered science, technology, and innovation. Women&Tech ^® - Women and Technology Association
