Paola has been providing legal assistance to multinational companies for 30 years. She specializes in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law, with a particular focus on the life sciences and new technologies sectors.
After graduating, with honors, from the University of Milan, Paola received a Fulbright scholarship to attend a Master's in Law at the University of California at Berkeley in 1997.
After working in a large international firm for several years, in 2008 Paola participated in the founding of the boutique "ITALY LEGAL FOCUS". Since 2017, she has become a partner at the law firm GITTI AND PARTNERS.
In 2012, she was awarded the title of “Life Science Professional of the Year” by the magazine "Lawyers Monthly". In 2025, the same title was awarded to her by “The Legal 500”.
