Graduated in Nuclear Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Maria Ameli worked in strategic consulting from 1999 to 2004, first at B2Biscom and later at Bain & Company, dealing with projects in Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance, Marketing, and Development of new business opportunities.
In May 2004, he joined Banca Arner (Italy) as a Wealth Manager and Marketing Manager, overseeing commercial development projects and handling the definition and implementation of the strategic and operational marketing plan.
In August 2009, he joined Ersel as a Wealth Manager and Head of an important team of professionals - he collaborates in the commercial development of the entire Group on issues of innovation and development of "new" projects with a focus on professionals.
He is a lecturer in workshops on Private Banking and on financial and macroeconomic themes; he collaborates with various Business Schools at an international level (HBS, ESCP-EAP, MIP).
She is actively involved in structuring Club Deals and supporting innovative Start-ups (Mosaicoon, Homepal, Built it up, Satispay, Treedom, ...) - following the growing interest from Italian entrepreneurs in supporting new projects and investing in companies of "quality" with a "sustainable" and "social" perspective.
