Francesca Borrello

Francesca is the Industrial Relations Director of the Italiaonline Group and HR Director of Bizpal s.r.l., the competence center of Italiaonline. She ensures value for the Group and its people by managing industrial relations with a strategic approach and promoting initiatives that strengthen employee motivation and engagement along with the continuous improvement of skills.

Throughout her career, she has negotiated collective agreements, signed contracts on new work models, optimized organizational processes, and led teams towards achieving challenging goals through digital transformation. She holds a degree in Economics and has attended several specialized courses in human resources as well as a course on coaching techniques, which have provided her with a solid foundation to face the challenges of the HR world. She believes in the power of collaboration and the necessity of investing in the continuous growth of people, fundamental elements for business success.

She is the mother of two boys, which has allowed her to develop new skills, enabling her to face increasingly ambitious challenges with determination and creativity, turning them into opportunities for personal and professional growth.
