My work experience began in an agency where I was responsible for organizing events for B2B clients (from organizational secretariat to operational tasks). I then moved into sales, starting as a sales account manager handling a portfolio of clients. Today, I am the commercial manager at Coderblock, where I focus on business development, acquiring new clients, and managing a team of 3 people strategically and organizationally (a team that is about to expand further).
