Clara Bez

Graduated in Languages ​​from Ca 'Foscari University in Venice and with a Master's degree in tourism management and economics from CISET in Venice, she is the HR Director Italy for Kelly Services SPA, now part of GI Group Holding, a position she has held since 2011.

Clara Bez joined Kelly Services Italia in 2002 as an HR Generalist and since 2011 reports directly to the Country General Manager and International Head of HR as HR Director, also overseeing the Legal and GDPR compliance divisions. With over 10 years of experience in all functional areas of Human Resources Management in a multinational context, she has led change management processes, leadership development, with a coordinating role in the hard areas of human resources such as compensation and benefits, litigation management, compliance and legislative requirements, and GDPR.

She strongly believes that organizations should maintain a focus on the development of people and their potential, and has gained extensive international experience on learning and development projects, with a strong business orientation. Before joining Kelly Services, now part of GI Group Holding, she held the role of HR Generalist in a company in the employment agencies sector and subsequently at KMS srl (Kelly Services Italia Group).

Kelly Services is one of the leading companies in human resources consulting, providing services such as personnel search and selection, job placement, training, and outsourcing. Present in Italy for over 25 years, in January 2024 it became part of Gi Group Holding, the first Italian multinational in labor services.
