My name is Annalisa, I am of Apulian origins and adopted by Milan. After high school, I chose to study Law. Law has always been my greatest passion. I graduated with a thesis in industrial law on "Protection of designs and models". After completing the legal practice at a Law Firm specializing in insurance and banking law, debt recovery, industrial law, and privacy, I obtained the title of Lawyer.
The corporate dimension, very dynamic and transversal, has always fascinated me. That's why I started working as a Legal professional in a company. In the company, you need to know the business, its timing, processes, and you have to collaborate with all departments, no one excluded, having a 360-degree vision.
I then decided to enroll in a Master's program to become a Corporate Lawyer. Participating in the Master's program allowed me to learn about the formal and substantive aspects of the employment relationship, as well as develop appropriate operational skills in Compliance: Law 231 and Privacy. In 2023, I left private practice and currently work as a Legal Collector at a prestigious Italian bank.
Over the years, I have gained significant experience in the credit recovery management sector, especially NPL, from the extrajudicial phase to the judicial phase, both individually and in bankruptcy proceedings, and in banking litigation, always continuing to deepen topics that are important to me such as Privacy and the digitalization of the legal world.
My favorite word is "change". "Be the change that you wish to see in the world" (Gandhi, 1869 - 1948), is one of my mottos. Change, when it is a choice, can represent an important opportunity both in life and in work. However, to achieve tangible results, it is not enough to talk about change, but one must become agents of change. It is necessary, in fact, to put into practice, step by step, actions that can truly help build a new version of ourselves and the world around us. Therefore, I am happy and proud to be part of the Women&Tech Association and I believe that extraordinary projects will arise from our synergy!
