In this webinar, we seek to address a need: how to communicate respectfully with as many people as possible? How can the choice of words help make all people and that part of humanity historically underrepresented feel more represented? We will train with reflections useful to identify solutions to ensure that what we say or write is suitable for the infinite sensitivities that coexistence among differences brings with it. Sayings and ways of thinking, limiting stereotypes, which with a little attention - and without anathemas - we can overcome. Because we know reality by naming it and give a name to things to understand them, but also to "shape the world". This workshop is reserved for women and men of Women&Tech® ETS and participants in the WEP project, Women Empowerment Program.
