On June 15, 2026, in the Conference Hall of the Viminale Palace, the conference "Women Inside the Republic" will be held, promoted by S.I.N.PRE.F. – National Union of Prefects, on the occasion of the eightieth anniversary of women's suffrage in Italy.
The conference is divided into two parallel sessions that explore female leadership in institutions and society: from the chambers of the Constitutional Court to universities, from entrepreneurship to innovation, from sports to culture.
In the second session — dedicated to Women in society: female leadership in the worlds of culture, sports, business, and innovation — Mary Franzese will speak, entrepreneur, Social Media Manager, Vice President of Women&Tech® ETS, and Co-founder and CMO of Neuron Guard, an Italian company in the medical devices sector for intensive care.
Within Women&Tech® ETS, Mary Franzese is also the coordinator of projects dedicated to youth and female entrepreneurship, an area in which she works to support new generations of women who choose to build their professional path through innovation and enterprise.
Her contribution brings to the center of the institutional debate the voice of someone who has built an entrepreneurial path in the MedTech sector, combining technological innovation, internationalization, and commitment to the enhancement of female talent. A concrete testimony of how female leadership is exercised today in the places where the future is created: in laboratories, startups, and global markets.
The event, moderated by Tg1 journalist Maria Soave, will conclude with a speech by Wanda Ferro, Undersecretary at the Ministry of the Interior.
