13:30 - 14:15
Specialization, digital skills, soft skills: the keys to accessing the professions of the future - Kelly Services Italy
Guests/Speakers: Clara Bez Cristian Sala

According to a recent LinkedIn research, the 5 growing professions in Italy are robotic engineer, machine learning engineer, cloud architect, data engineer, sustainability manager. Highly specialized professions, for which it is necessary to focus on specific skills from the educational choices. However, this evidence is in contrast with the data related to graduates in STEM disciplines, which in Italy are 25% of the total, of which only one-sixth are women.

There is therefore plenty of room to access the professions of the future, which require, in addition to specialized training, also broad digital skills and transversal skills, the so-called soft skills: communication, relationship skills, resilience, flexibility, adaptability, teamwork, and stress management. And above all continuous learning.

Kelly Services Italy has a specific expertise in guiding people and selecting candidates for professions that will increasingly have a market, such as those in the life science sector, which alone represents, including the related industries, 10% of the national GDP (source: 2021 report by Symbola Foundation with Enel and Federfarma).

14:30 - 15:15
Citizens of data and other professions of the future - Oracle
Guests/Speakers: Alessandro Ippolito

We will speak with the Italian Country Manager of Oracle about the professions of the future, which in many cases are already part of the present, starting from the experience of one of the largest technological companies in the world in the B2B sector - and always synonymous with data-driven management and predictive capabilities (as its evocative brand name suggests).

Who are the data citizens, and what does it mean to be one today in a company? What are the new skills important for the world of work, in technology and more generally? What are the sectors that will drive the world of work the most, in Italy and worldwide?

Today Oracle is present - often invisibly to the consumer or end user but clear to the so-called decision-makers - in all market sectors, with its cloud applications for business processes (administration and finance, marketing, human resources, etc.) supported by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to make them more accessible and "manageable" even by non-IT experts. In addition, Oracle has recently opened a Cloud Region in Milan - its 36th in the world, with the goal of reaching 44 by the end of 2022 - to be closer to its Italian customers - large companies, SMEs, and public administration.

These are some of the questions we will explore, with the help of Debora Rosciani.

15:30 - 16:15
The "Working Renaissance": the experience of Banca Mediolanum
Guests/Speakers: Antonio Gusmini

The post-covid era marks the beginning of a new "work renaissance": from the need to rebalance the professional dimension with the private one, to the use of technology that becomes a space and a daily place of sharing. A context that Banca Mediolanum has been able to enhance through its main "assets": trust, training, and the centrality of the individual together with the deep values in which the company's population has always identified, also thanks to targeted welfare policies that produce overall well-being. An organizational climate that allows for the representation of collective energies and enables the liberation of innovative ideas.

13:30 - 14:15
The proximity of remote supervision - 3M
Guests/Speakers: Maurizio Asti

The pandemic has led companies to adopt agile work, allowing employees to work from home was just the first technical phase. Soon the implications that the formula would highlight over time and the related needs to be addressed became clear. From the emergency, unfortunately longer than expected, the need to rethink organizational models arose; even companies already at the forefront in employee relations had to study the best way to face the new operational conditions and ensure the social dimension. One of the key roles in this case is that of the supervisor: how should those who manage human resources behave in this completely digitalized world? The great possibilities of flexibility and quality of life for every worker are balanced with a relationship that goes beyond predominant direct contact? This moment requires the development of a series of different skills and the ability to change, once again. The experience of 3M, as told by Maurizio Asti, proposes the concrete approach adopted.

14:30 - 15:15
Digital and Robotics, the flavor of the future - SAP
Guests/Speakers: Salvatore De Caro

We will not talk about science fiction, nor about a distant future. Today, robots have proven to be useful in different scenarios in improving the quality of our life, work, and health.

And to think that the term ROBOT was coined in 1920 by a Czech writer to indicate a slave, a forced worker. How far we have come since then!

Today, the disciplines involved in the design and construction of robots are multiple: robotics, cybernetics, mechanics, automatics, electronics, mechatronics, computer science, up to artificial intelligence.

Debora Rosciani and Salvatore De Caro will retrace the stages of the evolution of robotics, its impact on people's lives, the world of work, and the new opportunities it is opening up for new professional roles in companies.

15:30 - 16:15
Re-inventing banker: the evolution of the financial advisor and more... - Banca Generali

In the development of its activities and initiatives, Banca Generali places innovation at the center as a necessary condition to keep up with the times. Today we find ourselves in a historical period where the advent of the digital is involving all sectors and all professional figures, even those traditional ones that have their roots back in time. Consequently, Banca Generali supports financial advisors in this transition that inevitably requires new skills and competencies as well as the use of a new model and new support tools. After an overview of Banca Generali and the evolution of the figure of the financial advisor, the testimonies of Massimo Broggi for FinScience (Datrix Group) and Stefania Ingannamorte for Webidoo.

13:30 - 14:15
Successful skills for technological, digital, and global businesses: the challenges of the present, between internationality and gender - Siemens
Guests/Speakers: Claudia Guenzi Marco Scorti
Siemens' global strategic priorities are: customer impact, technology with purpose, empowerment, growth mindset. The focus on people and the essential role they play in the success of the business is clear and shared throughout all organizations, but the context of global crisis and the pandemic have accentuated the biggest challenges: growth, digital skills, work-life balance, and diversity. Claudia and Marco will discuss these topics for the new edition of the Innovation Tram, sharing Siemens' experiences in attracting, training, and growing a "diverse" workforce that can tackle international digital business challenges.

14:30 - 15:15
Innovation and Sustainability: why is the future today? - Dassault Systèmes
Guests/Speakers: Guido Porro
The virtual world extends and enhances the real world. Virtual worlds extend and improve the real world because they are spaces where we can represent and experiment with our imagination. And achieving a more sustainable future is only possible by leveraging virtual worlds. Why "virtual" instead of digital? Because the value of what we do lies in the potential it offers to imagine the future. "Virtual" concerns what is possible, the potentiality. In life, there are no tests! In the virtual world, we can simulate and evaluate the impacts before producing the actual product. Virtual worlds help people imagine differently. And then REALize it.

15:30 - 16:15
A startup for talents, in the "heart of progress" - Kyndryl
Guests/Speakers: Roberto Zardinoni

Kyndryl is the new brand in the global information technology landscape. Born six months ago, today it identifies the world's leading company in the field of hybrid cloud managed services. With a precise mission: to modernize and manage, seamlessly, the technological infrastructures on which the vital processes of the economy depend. A startup with nearly 90,000 employees, serving the digital transformation of over 4,000 companies, Kyndryl sees skills as a lever for competitiveness and as a resource to ensure value to organizations in every industry. Because there can be no true innovation or sustainability without a human capital up to the challenges that await us.
