The Family Economy Week returns for its second edition: the large digital event "contaminated", which represents a real hub of economic and financial education.

Now more than ever there is a need to awaken a new consciousness among people, so that they can make choices that are truly conscious and reasoned for their own future and that of their children.

Here is where the FEW becomes the catalyst for the best ideas in the economic, financial, cultural, social, and entrepreneurial fields to infuse our country, and beyond, with a real wave of change. The energy of a new economy that focuses on three fundamental concepts: People, Planet, and Innovation. In other words, the foundations to imagine and build the sustainable future that we all desire, a new world where people and the well-being of the planet go hand in hand with the benefits of digital and technological evolution.

Gianna Martinengo, President and Founder of Women&Tech® and President of Didael KTS, participated in the roundtable discussion on October 21st dedicated to "INNOVATION, New generations: a manual for facing the challenges ahead".

Generation Y, Z, Alpha, and so on: innovative, flexible, digital natives accustomed to working and living among social networks, internet of things, artificial intelligence, on-demand services, and consuming technology like daily bread.

More attentive and sensitive to climate change and open to global connections, young people without borders except those given by the limits of their imagination.

The world to come will pass through them, but what are the new challenges that await them and that can generate a positive impact collectively for the entire society and for our economy? And what can the older generations do now to create a fertile ground on which they can flourish?

Understanding the potential of these generations, developing them, and supporting them is essential for nurturing young talents who are ready to face the future with challenges to overcome and opportunities to seize.
