Meetings and Mentoring activities will involve over 20 associates, available to young and older individuals who have the potential to become true "Tecnovisionarie®"
Women&Tech Women and Technology Association has decided to support the Elle Active! project as a qualified partner that has always spoken directly to the female world.
20 associates will make their expertise available to the participants of the Forum who wish to discuss topics such as work, empowerment, skills, and career during the afternoon sessions of the Mentoring "Face to Face", which includes 1 hour and 30-minute slots for personalized coaching sessions. The associates of Women&Tech who will be present have high-profile resumes (they are managers, entrepreneurs, senior consultants, teachers) in various professional sectors (ICT, Biotech, Communication & Media, Universities, Finance, Multiutility, ...).
The Mentorship session organized by Women&Tech and offered to those who wish to participate will propose the following contents: "Learning from experience, learning from the future: how to network to share today's challenges and face those of tomorrow" and "Women and career: how to set up your growth path".
They have confirmed their presence: Daniela Aleggiani, Beata Brozek, Viviana Callea, Lara Carrese, Erika Fattori, Chiara Ferrari, Arianna Fontana, Maria Letizia Giorgetti, Valentina Goglio, Laura Liguori, Daniela Maira, Simona Menghini, Raffaella Mollame, Federica Nolli, Claudia Omini, Paola Pavero, Micaela Romanini, Paola Sangiovanni, Maria Teresa Sica, Elena Viezzoli.
Self-empowerment, the courage to open up new paths, to activate personal change, to recognize one's own worth and use it to improve one's condition and grow professionally: the Elle Active! Forum, with its consolidated format already replicated in other countries (from France, China, Japan, Korea, Spain) makes concrete - and achievable - women's aspirations, creating a close connection between personal skills and job opportunities. This same approach has always been used by Women&Tech, especially towards young people. Hence the commitment to the Mentoring session. Founder and President of Women&Tech, Gianna Martinengo, states in this regard: "Young people should not be encouraged based on hypothetical economic opportunities or 'success' in a sector, they need help discovering their motivations, their talents. This way, they will turn their choice into progress for everyone, especially for themselves. Mentoring represents a truly valuable exchange. It means that Associates can inspire, engage, guide, and help women think differently. At the same time, we can grow together, multiplying opportunities and knowledge and trying to build something concrete, even just starting with a quick chat. We believe that every young person has the potential to become a true Tech Visionary: initiatives like this allow us to bring out the true talent present in every woman."
