Round Table on the theme of Gender Gap, with the participation of Noovle and the association Women&Tech® ETS, who will together share an overview of the topic, with testimonies of how this is concretely addressed within their own organizational context, and how today the principle of contamination, understood as a driver of diversity and inclusion, can represent the ideal overcoming of ideological barriers and cognitive biases. Women&Tech® ETS is an association that has made inclusion a distinctive element, transforming from a community of women into a community of people, genders, and generations. By overcoming barriers between disciplines and sciences, it was the first reality in Italy to introduce the (A) in the STEM acronym, to enhance the role of humanities in the paths of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. In this regard, the Women&Tech® Young Ambassadors will share the experience of "Spill the Ste(A)m", an Instagram page and editorial project of scientific dissemination, aimed at telling science to young people aged 18 and above, through narrative formats. Furthermore, the commitment of Noovle, a TIM Enterprise company, as a Benefit Company, will be described in the journey undertaken towards environmental and social issues with concrete projects such as DC Green and Lister.
