I hold a PhD in Information Technology and bring over a decade of experience as a test manager in various international companies. Since joining ABB in 2014, I've transitioned from test to quality and then to Continuous Improvement (CI). For the past 6 years, I have led the CI team in Process Automation, Process Control Platform. Together, we support the organization by driving cross-functional improvement projects, change management initiatives, and coaching people in their improvement efforts. I believe that people are the cornerstone of success; without them, we would fail. That's why recognition, coaching, and growth opportunities are my top priorities. I thrive on the diverse challenges my job presents, enjoying the opportunity to collaborate with many functions (from R&D & Operations to HR & MarCom). This role allows me to make a meaningful impact across the organization. Outside of work, I stay active with sports, and I love hiking and traveling. I'm also a mum of two teenagers.
