Graduated in Philosophy with a focus on Psychology, I have gained various experiences in the field of Human Resources, dealing with Recruitment and Personnel Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Wellbeing.

Currently, in the Talent Acquisition & People Experience team, I coordinate Employer Branding activities aimed at supporting and enhancing the reputation and attractiveness of Fastweb + Vodafone as an "Employer of Choice."

I also oversee PCTO programs (Pathways for Transversal Skills and Orientation), promoting orientation pathways to bring new generations closer to the world of work with the aim of supporting the development of tomorrow’s professionals, sharing skills and know-how, and encouraging the spread of digital competencies for a more inclusive and sustainable future.
