Women Empowerment Program 2024Silvia is responsible for a team of about one hundred professionals with expertise in different areas: managerial consulting, technology, and development; organized in different locations both in Italy and abroad.
As the Service Line manager, Silvia dedicates most of her time to defining new services, in line with the company's business objectives, identifying new tech and business trends in CRM, overseeing complex transformation programs, and fostering professional growth within the team. Silvia has had the opportunity to develop and consolidate her consulting skills by working in international contexts, for a global leading company in the travel sector, and a consulting firm that has allowed her to explore very different business environments.
Silvia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and an Executive International Master in Luxury Management from the Essec Business School and SDA Bocconi. Before returning to Italy, Silvia lived in Switzerland and the Netherlands and worked in different countries (US, South Africa and EMEA) facing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
