Patrizia Gavraghi

After graduating in Economics with a specialization in Business Organization (although I would have liked to study Psychology), I pursued a professional path initially diversified and then consolidated my experience in the HR field, focusing on Selection, Management, Training, and Development.

The "curiosity for what I can still discover" has characterized my desire to explore different functions: from the Commercial Management at Timberland to the Purchasing Management at Galbani, to Marketing, Sales, Compliance, until landing in HR and giving voice to my passion: Personal Development. In 2005, I continued in the Banca Generali Group, always in the HR Department, taking care of both employees and the development and training of financial consultants, and currently I am focused on DE&I issues.

I love everything related to the development of the individual so that they can connect with their "own talents" and feel good in the context in which they move in harmony with the different phases of life that each of us goes through. This excessive passion led me to specialize in aptitude orientation for young people and to certify myself as a Coach (WABC).

Some personal info: I have a teenage daughter and I am passionate about traveling to countries and cultures that are distant to me, particularly in the East. I enjoy creating new beginnings and I love everything that is wonderfully imperfect.
