Paola Maranzana

Paola Maranzana started her career in 1996 in Information Technology, after a degree in physics, with a thesis on Quantum Chromodynamics Theory.

She has developed 20 years of experience in program management, including 10 years in managing IT Transition and Transformation programs at IBM for customers in Europe and the USA. She has assisted clients in conducting IT transformations to innovate their businesses, accelerate and optimize their IT service execution, and improve quality. In 2020, she was appointed manager of the T&T team at IBM Italy. In 2022, she assumed the role of leader of managed services for Northern and Digital Clients at Kyndryl Italy.
