Paola Foiadelli

Paola Foiadelli is an entrepreneur, manager, and mentor, with extensive experience gained in strategic consulting, private equity, family business, and industrial governance.

Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University, she has built her professional career working at the intersection of strategy, development, innovation, and transformation, in environments characterized by organizational complexity, change, and the integration of diverse cultures and skills.

From 2015 to 2022, she was CEO of SPII S.p.A., an Italian family business that she led through a significant transformation process, contributing to its development into an international Technology Competence Center within the listed German group Schaltbau.

Today, through Sparring Insight®, it takes this experience beyond the boundaries of a single organization, working at the intersection of people, businesses, and ecosystems. It focuses particularly on moments of change, the connections between different worlds, and the conditions that allow experiences, skills, and perspectives to transform into new opportunities.

She is active in Junior Achievement Italy as a mentor, role model, and judge in programs dedicated to youth entrepreneurship, helping to create opportunities for meetings between young people, businesses, and professionals.

In the relationship with new generations, it mainly brings the experience gained in the field: the opportunity to engage with non-linear career paths, recognize one's own talents, explore opportunities not yet visible, and transform ideas and skills into concrete possibilities.

He believes in the value of connections between different worlds and in the possibility that, when they find the right context, differences in experience, language, and perspective can become a source of learning, innovation, and new opportunities.
