Octavia Bettucci is a postdoctoral researcher at the Tissue Electronics Lab at the Naples location of the Italian Institute of Technology - IIT. She graduated in Chemical Sciences from the University of Florence and obtained a PhD from the University of Siena.
She has worked in the field of renewable energies, particularly in the development of innovative solar cells focusing on material synthesis and manufacturing. Bettucci is a co-founder of Bryla, the start-up project made in IIT, and is actively involved in numerous scientific outreach activities.
