Mariagrazia Perego

Mariagrazia Perego is a corporate lawyer, mother of a teenager, and wife for almost 20 years. Born in Milan to a father from Brianza and a mother from Rome, she grew up in Genoa with Sicilian origins.

Mariagrazia lives in the province of Milan and has been working at 3M Italy since 1999; she has professionally trained within the Legal Affairs function where she has held different and increasing roles and responsibilities, recently moving from the position of General Counsel of 3M Italy to that of Regional General Counsel for Southeast Europe, up to her current role as Area General Counsel, EMEA, for the Consumer Business of 3M. 

She loves working in multicultural contexts, recognizing their enormous value. Ethics, inclusion, and collaboration are her guiding principles. Always attentive to issues of female leadership, inclusion, and gender equality, she believes in human potential, considers it essential to embrace change, develop a growth mindset, and firmly believes that it is necessary to provide solid female models for the new generations to be inspired by.
