Margherita Sindoni

I have over 20 years of experience in large multinational companies. I am passionate about connecting with others and seeking creativity and innovation in the little things! Graduated in Management Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Milan, I began my career as a consultant at Coopers&Lybrand, then PWCC and IBM Consulting.

I have dealt with process and system consulting in the Administration, Finance, and Control sector, and have worked on international projects that have taken me to Hong Kong, Turkey, England, Spain, and the USA. By chance or, better, by luck, after my first 8 years of work as a Business Consultant, I landed in HR. I fell in love with the HR Business partner profession, which I carried out with passion at IBM for 10 years.

For 9 months I have been at Kyndryl Italy Innovation Services as HR Leader, leading a team of young HR professionals, in an extremely lively and energetic company that has tripled its workforce in 6 months (we are now 700)!

I live in Milan, with my partner, a daughter, and an English setter named Lilly. I run when I can, I love cinema, and I love to eat!
