Luana Cotena is the creative mind behind "Alare di Luana Cotena®", an innovative and socially engaged start-up, founded in Naples and quickly spread throughout Italy, with a strong presence in Catania. As the Founder, Fashion EcoDesigner, and CEO, Luana Cotena has created a creative laboratory that combines fashion, communication, and social-environmental commitment.

"Alare by Luana Cotena®" is more than a fashion brand, it is a philosophy of human expression: the heart of the project is the clothes/messages, created from life stories shared by the community on social networks. These unique pieces reflect authentic experiences, transforming fashion into a means to represent the Essence of Souls, creating a Human Fashion, made by and for people.

Every dress is a social manifesto that addresses relevant issues such as body shaming, eating disorders, sexual orientation, and discrimination; environmental commitment is also crucial: the garments are made with innovative textile fibers, waste materials, and recycled fabrics, promoting sustainable and conscious fashion.

Every dress/message has a story and a name, born from real life experiences, giving voice to those who often do not have it.

In 2023, "Alare by Luana Cotena®" received the Special Award Start Cup Campania for Equal Opportunities and Female Entrepreneurship, subsequently gaining access to AWE Italy - Academy for Women Entrepreneurs and strengthening the mission of creating a reality for and with others.
