Giorgia Arus

Giorgia Arus began her professional career in 2008, gaining experience in various international and non-international sectors – from the chemical-pharmaceutical to the technical-industrial field, from logistics to the banking world, where she currently works at Banca Generali. The common thread throughout her career has always been human resources, with a focus on training, organizational development, and, in recent years, on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Graduated in Sociology and holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Giorgia is driven by the belief that actively listening to people is the first step in helping them identify growth opportunities and define personalized development paths. She deeply believes in the potential of each individual and in the value of professional environments that can recognize, stimulate, and foster their evolution.

In his free time, he volunteers for a non-profit organization, where he supports people seeking employment in identifying the most suitable academic and professional path, also helping them prepare for job interviews.

As a mentor, he brings a broad vision, built through experience, and a deep focus on listening, valuing diversity, and the sustainable growth of people.
