Gabriella Arba

Passionate about the world of human resources, since 2008 I have been working within HR structures in organizations that vary in complexity and have very different businesses. Within these organizations, training and development have become my specialization.

I arrived at Banca Generali in 2017 and here I was able to shape the structure dedicated to training and development, carry out engaging and challenging projects with the aim of bringing all employees closer to these topics and raising awareness on the importance of continuous training and broad professional growth, both in technical skills and behavioral/managerial skills.

From 2023 I also follow the themes of DEI (Diversity Equity Inclusion) and, through the implementation of informative and awareness-raising initiatives, we work to create an inclusive environment that integrates and values the uniqueness of each individual.

From 2008 to 2017, I had the opportunity to experience very different organizations, where I was able to immerse myself in different organizational models and corporate cultures: from the production/distribution of technical and industrial gases (Air Liquide), to the marketing of elevators and forklifts (Otis), to the luxury product manufacturing and sales company (Bulgari), with a brief stint in a training company for other businesses (CFMT).

Graduated in Sociology, discovering and studying social phenomena considered in their constant characteristics, in their processes and effects has always been my passion and the world of organizations has always attracted my attention and curiosity.
