Francesca La Monica

Francesca has over 20 years of experience in large multinational companies in the IT field, as an Account Manager, she has worked with various clients from different industries, from utilities to travel transportation, from retail to fashion/luxury to FSI. She is passionate about guiding clients in their digital transformation journeys, crucial to facing the challenges of an increasingly sophisticated customer and competitive markets. She graduated in Business Economics from the University of Palermo and is completing an MBA at SDA Bocconi, she has had experiences at IBM for over 10 years with increasingly responsible roles with clients and at NCR with a focus on market growth. 

From 2015 to date, he has taken on the role of Sr Cloud Account Executive at Oracle, with the objective of developing the cloud infrastructure business in the Italian market, particularly in the Financial Services sector.

She lives in Milan, with her husband and two children, Vittoria, 14 years old, and Filippo, 8 years old. She loves to travel and sports, considers herself a passionate runner, enjoys challenging men during races, and is part of the Oracle women's soccer team that competes internationally.

She believes that determination is an important ingredient for achieving one's ambitions.
