Elisabetta Dallavalle

Author of the publication "All a Matter of Wellbeing", Licosia 2019, freelance professional in the field of Human Resources - Organizational Development, since September 2019 she has been a generative partner of positive transformation, Founder of ELEHUB. In her new role as Wellbeing, Inclusion & Sustainability Advocacy, Welfare Manager® (certification issued by the Lombardy Region), Chief Happiness Officer® (certification issued by IIPO) and Olistic Self-Science operator®, she is tasked with designing strategies, tools/actions, and practices to build Positive Organizations, to support the inclusion of diversities and the well-being of individuals in Organizations in favor of widespread Organizational Wellbeing.

Drawing on a 25-year professional experience that has seen her involved in Finance, Corporate Affairs, and then HR, until July 2019 she was Head of the Inclusion & Wellbeing Dept. for a multinational food company where she designed, led, and supported the corporate welfare strategy, Inclusion & Wellbeing, and Work-Life Balance.

Her implementation is part of the Corporate Welfare strategy, at the dawn of the theme in Italy and subsequently integrated within the scope of Diversity & Inclusion, Gender Balance, and Wellbeing, where she has identified new activities/opportunities for the creation of Shared Value. She attended the 1st Milan Summer School on the well-being and sustainability of cities - organized by ASVIS in collaboration with Milano2046. She is the Owner of AIDP Wellbeing & Inclusion® of AIDP Lombardia and internal reference for the Family Audit® Certification of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Since 2019, he has been a member of the scientific committee "Mappa Celeste, Forum del Futuro," a place of collective passion and comparison to elevate what projects us into a possible and desirable future with the aim of designing and defining a shared national agenda.
