Daniela Maira

He is Director of Human Resources for companies with different brands where he deals with Management, Training and Development, Organization and Industrial Relations. He has been working in Human Resources since 1993 in both multinational and employer contexts including Walt Disney, Dassault Systems, Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre.

He has worked in different fields and with various types of businesses, from entertainment to consumer goods, publishing, software, and services. He has had a successful career both as a Generalist and with responsibilities in Training Development, Organization, and Selection, in Italy, Europe, and in countries in the Mediterranean area.

She has also gained significant experience in start-up and organizational change situations. Counselor, with a degree in humanities, she is an expert in organizational development and training, coaching, transformation processes, and innovation.

She was a Member of the Trade Union Commission for the renewal of National Sector Contracts and of Boards of Directors.
