Cristian Sala

Born in 1972, since 2018 he has been the CEO of Kelly Services Italy, an American multinational listed on the Nasdaq. Since 1946, Kelly Services has been a global leader in human resources consulting, offering outsourcing, HR, staffing, and full-time placement services. Currently operating with 2,600 offices in 40 countries worldwide, it provides services to the most prestigious companies, including 95% of the Fortune 500.

Within the same group, between 2009 and 2018 he held the position of Director of Administration Finance and Control Italy and, subsequently, General Director. Between 1999 and 2006 he held the role of senior controller at Avnet and B.Braun before moving to Kelly Services in 2006 as a financial controller.

After studying business economics at the Catholic University of Milan, he began his career in the finance area within listed multinational companies in the ICT and Pharma sectors. A great enthusiast of competitive sports, he was the vice Italian Karate champion.
